“ARGENTINIAN CATTLE FILETSTEAKS”

The selected cattle of the breed “Aberdeen Angus” provide excellent, naturally grown meat. The herds grow in the wild and feed exclusively on the green meadows of the Argentinian pampas.

    Beefer One

Our steaks and lambrack are gently prepared in the sous vide process. Then the meat is pushed into the beefer® at a temperature of 800 degrees upper heat. This makes our meat crispy outside and juicy inside.
